What happens if a Direct Debit fails?

If a Direct Debit payment fails, Mimo reserves the right to apply interest and late fees in accordance with your financing agreement. In such cases, payment can instead be made directly to the bank account listed at the bottom of your statement. Please refer to the bank details provided in your statement to complete the transfer.
