If you have access to both Balance accounts and Wallet accounts, you may want to move funds between them due to recent upgrades that made Wallet accounts the default payment method. This change ensures continued access to funds for payments. Here’s how:
Transfer funds from Balance to Wallet
Go to Wallet in the left sidebar and copy your GBP (or EUR) Wallet details.
Go to Balance, select the account, and click Withdraw.
Paste your Wallet details to complete the transfer.
👉 Transfers must be made in the same currency (e.g., GBP → GBP, EUR → EUR).
