Retrieving funds from your Mimo Balance account
Mimo Balance accounts, provided by Modulr, closed on 1st May 2026. If you have funds remaining in your Balance account, you'll need to contact Modulr directly to arrange a return, Mimo doesn't have access to Modulr's systems and is unable to action this on your behalf.
How to request your funds

Your Mimo Balance account details
Once submitted, a member of the Modulr team will be in touch. Please allow up to 5 working days for a response.
Requesting statements or transaction history
If you need official statements or transaction history for your Mimo Balance account, you can request these by contacting Modulr's support team directly at [email protected]. Mimo is unable to generate or provide Modulr account statements.
