Setting up and using two-step verification
Mimo uses two-step verification (also known as two-factor or multi-factor authentication) to help keep your account secure. You’ll be prompted to set it up during your first login by linking your account to a mobile phone number. From then on, every time you log in—or if you’re logged out due to inactivity—you’ll receive an SMS code to verify your access.
Update phone number
To update the phone number used for 2-step verification, go to Settings > Members, click on the three dots next to the user’s name, and select “Reset MFA.” The user will then be prompted to set up a new number the next time they sign in.
