Setting Up and Using Two-Step Verification

Mimo uses two-step verification (also known as two-factor authentication, and multi-factor authentication) to secure your account. You’ll set this up during your first login, where you’ll link your account to a phone number. After that, every time you log in or get logged out due to inactivity, you’ll receive an SMS to verify your access.

If you’re not receiving the verification SMS, here are some troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your phone to refresh the network connection.

  • If you’re on international roaming, switch to a local carrier for better service.

  • Toggle Airplane mode on and off, then request the SMS again.

  • Check your phone’s signal strength and try again when it’s stronger.

  • Ensure that your phone is set up to receive SMS messages.

Still Experiencing Issues?
