Smart Reminders let Mimo handle follow-ups for you. Simply enable the feature, and we’ll tailor the reminder flow based on each customer’s payment behaviour. By leveraging pay scores and past payment patterns, Mimo optimises the timing and frequency of reminders for efficient follow-ups.

A payer with a good or average pay score will only receive the initial, firm, and clear reminders if needed—they will not get the final notice. The final notice is reserved for payers with a bad pay score who haven’t made their payment within a month. Below is an overview of the four types of reminder emails sent.
