Both practice admins and contributors can invite new clients to Mimo and manage them through the practice account. Here's how:
Inviting practice clients
Step 1: Invite a client
To invite a client, go to the Clients section and click “Add new client” in the upper-right corner. Enter the company name and assign practice members (you can also do this later if needed). Then, click Add client and choose what you’d like to prepare for your client before inviting them.
Step 2: Set up the account
Once added, you’ll see the setup guide, where you can choose to complete the onboarding (standard KYB) or apply for Mimo Flex - in any order you prefer. From here, you’ll find all the steps needed to get the account fully set up.
You can manage the client directly from your practice account. Selecting a client gives you an overview of pending approvals, unpaid invoices, and assigned tasks. You can also view all outstanding tasks for the organisation, total pending approvals, and see which team members are assigned to that client.
Client and task overview
The practice account gives you a clear overview of clients and tasks. From the landing page, you can see your assigned clients, outstanding approvals, and pending tasks. The overview also shows your role within each client organisation, collaborating team members, and client status - such as incomplete KYB, pending approval, or active accounts.
