What user roles are available for client members?

When inviting a client member, you can choose between two roles. These roles control visibility of document requests:

  • Client Admin can view all document requests for the organisation

  • Client Contributor can only view document requests assigned to them.

Can I change a client member’s role later?

Practice members can update a client member’s role at any time. To change a role, go to Settings → Members within the client organisation, select the relevant member, and update their role as needed.

What access do practice members have?

Practice members with Mimo Associate are added as admins and have full access to the Associate service, including Bookkeeping, Review, and Adjust. At the moment, there aren’t different access levels for practice members within Mimo Associate.

How is access managed?

Practice members are managed from the Practice Overview. Only practice admins can grant or update Mimo Associate access. Access is assigned per client organisation, similar to how access is managed for Mimo Pay.
