What am I charged?
£15 per client, per month, billed quarterly at £45 per client, starting on the 1st of the month after you've added the client to Mimo. Every client you have VAT Review switched on for is included, and each one carries a 3-month lock-in from the day it's switched on.
When's my first invoice?
Billing starts on the 1st of the month following the date you added your first client. If you create a Practice and start adding clients on the 12th, your first invoice lands on the 1st of the next month, covering every client you have switched on at that point. That date then becomes your renewal date every quarter going forward, one invoice covering all your clients, on the same day each time.
What happens if I add a client partway through a quarter?
You're only charged for the days remaining until your next renewal, not the full £45. That prorated amount is added to your next renewal invoice, so you're not charged twice in the same quarter. The client is switched on and usable straight away; you just pay for them at the next billing date. The 3-month lock-in runs from the day you switch the client on, not from that first invoice.
Example: your renewal date is the 1st of the month, and you add a client on day 40 of your 90-day quarter. You'll pay roughly half the quarterly price (£22.50) for them at your next renewal, then £45 per quarter after that.
How do I remove a client?
Get in touch with us via [email protected] and we'll switch them off for you. Since each client is on a 3-month lock-in, they stay usable and billed through the end of their current 3-month term, but won't renew at the next billing date after that. We don't refund part-way through a term, but you're never charged for a quarter you haven't started.
What if I have more than 75 clients on VAT?
