Of course, your Mimo account is not locked in. If you'd like to close it, you can contact us via our website chat function or email us directly at [email protected].

Before closing your Mimo account, you must clear any outstanding fees for either subscription, FX, or Mimo Flex.

Please be aware that we keep your data for five years after the closing date to comply with UK and EU anti-money laundering regulations.
