Applying for Mimo Flex During Onboarding

As an accountant or bookkeeper, when you onboard a new client to Mimo, they’ll receive an invitation to join the platform. You can choose whether you or your client completes the 6-step onboarding process, but for a smooth experience, it’s recommended that you handle it on their behalf.

You can also apply for Mimo Flex for your client during the onboarding. If your client wants to apply for Mimo Flex immediately, complete the application in step 5 when entering their details.

Applying for Mimo Flex at a Later Stage

If your client doesn't want to apply for Mimo Flex during the initial onboarding but later wishes to do so, you can still complete the application on their behalf.

Here’s how:

1. Log in to the platform and navigate to your client’s account.

2. Connect Xero for Underwriting in settings under Integrations.

3. Connect the client’s bank account (Read-only access) – If you have access to their bank, you can do this directly; otherwise, the client will need to handle this step.

4. Ensure your client accepts the terms and conditions sent via email.
