Forgotten your password?

No problem! We can help you reset it by sending a reset link to your email. Simply click on “Forgot Password” in the login flow, and you’ll be directed to the password reset page, as shown in the image below. To go directly to the reset page, click here.

Didn’t receive the email?

If the reset email hasn’t arrived, try the following:

  • Check for typos: Make sure the email address you entered is spelled correctly.

  • Use your Mimo email: The reset link will only be sent to the email registered with your Mimo account.

  • Check your folders: The email might have landed in your spam or another inbox tab—take a quick look there too.
