You can automatically forward supplier invoices to Mimo using your company’s unique invoice forwarding email address. This allows Mimo to quickly scan, process, and prepare your invoices for payment - without the need for manual uploads.
If your suppliers usually send invoices by email, setting up automatic forwarding ensures these invoices go straight into your Mimo account for faster handling.
Where to find your Mimo forwarding address
In the Mimo platform: Go to Settings → Company Details → Forward Invoice Email. you’ll find your unique invoice forwarding address. You can also customise the first part of the address if needed.
Here’s how to set it up forwarding in Gmail
Add your Mimo forwarding address here: Go to your Gmail settings and add the Mimo address as a forwarding recipient.
Set up a filter (recommended): To avoid forwarding unrelated emails, create a Gmail filter. For example, forward only emails with “Invoice” in the subject line or emails from specific supplier addresses. Gmail instructions.
