What’s the difference between Sent and Settled?
After you process a payment (immediately or on its scheduled date), it will appear in Pay → Paid. You may see one of these two statuses:
Sent: The payment has been dispatched by our banking partner, but we haven’t yet received confirmation from the recipient bank. This confirmation typically takes 1–2 hours, after which the status updates.
Settled: The recipient bank has confirmed the funds have reached the beneficiary, and the payment is completed.
