Can I update the subscription details in Mimo?

Not at the moment. Subscription and invoicing details can’t currently be edited directly in the Mimo platform. If you need to make changes, please contact our support team and we’ll help.

What can support help update?

We can help with changes to your billing email address, company name, registered address, payment method, and questions related to invoices or subscription tiers.

For firms managing multiple clients

Firms receive one consolidated invoice covering all clients. The invoice lists each client and their associated subscription tier.
