Upgrading a client's Associate service

Upgrade to full service for Mimo Associate

You can update a client’s Mimo Associate service level at any time. For example, if you didn’t select Full service (complete month-end close) during onboarding, you can upgrade later from Bookkeeping only or Review & Adjust only to the full service offering.

Where to upgrade services

From the Practice Overview

  1. Open Clients and select the relevant client.

  2. Under Services, find Mimo Associate.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Upgrade to Full service.

From within the client organisation

  1. Go to the client account and open Settings → Services.

  2. Find Mimo Associate and click the three-dot menu (⋮).

  3. Select Upgrade to Full service.

Permissions

Only practice members can edit services.
