Upgrade to full service for Mimo Associate
You can update a client’s Mimo Associate service level at any time. For example, if you didn’t select Full service (complete month-end close) during onboarding, you can upgrade later from Bookkeeping only or Review & Adjust only to the full service offering.
Where to upgrade services
From the Practice Overview
Open Clients and select the relevant client.
Under Services, find Mimo Associate.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Upgrade to Full service.
From within the client organisation
Go to the client account and open Settings → Services.
Find Mimo Associate and click the three-dot menu (⋮).
Select Upgrade to Full service.
Permissions
Only practice members can edit services.
