Already paying a supplier by direct debit?
If you pay a supplier outside of Mimo—such as by direct debit or credit card—you may not want their invoices to appear in your Mimo inbox.
To manage this, go to the Suppliers tab where you’ll find a full list of your suppliers. Click into the supplier you’d like to manage to open their detailed view (as shown in the image below).
From there, you can disable the “Show invoices from this supplier” option. Once turned off, invoices from that supplier will no longer be visible in your Mimo inbox.
You can re-enable this setting at any time if needed.
