What payment options do I have for the subscription fee?

Through Stripe, you can pay by card, direct debit, or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by card or direct debit, future subscription payments will be automatically debited, simplifying your payment process for the Mimo subscription in the coming months.

If I already have a Direct Debit to repay my Mimo Flex, will it also be used to pay subscription fees?

No. Since subscription fees are handled through Stripe, you must set up a new direct debit to pay the subscription fee.
