Request account deletion

You can at any point in time request to have your Mimo account deleted. Reach out to your account manager, or click here to initiate the process: Initiate account deletion

Before closing your Mimo account, you must clear any outstanding fees for either subscription, FX, or Mimo Flex.

Please be aware that we keep your data for five years after the closing date to comply with UK and EU anti-money laundering regulations.
