As an admin, you can invite both members and clients to your practice account with just a few steps. Here's how:

Inviting practice members

Step 1: Invite a practice member

In your practice account, navigate to the Team section and click "Invite Member" in upper right corner. Enter the first name, last name, and email address. Then assign a role based on their responsibilities within the practice. Admins can assign team members to clients and manage role permissions. Contributors cannot assign or edit other team members but can invite clients.

​Note that a practice role does not affect the member's role within client organisations.

Step 2: Assign clients

You can assign clients to the practice member either during the invitation process or later. If you choose to assign clients right away, you'll also set their role within each client organisation. For members involved with multiple clients, you can select all relevant organisations and either assign the same role in bulk or customise roles for each client individually. Once the invitation is sent, the member will receive an email with a link to join the practice.

3. Manage practice members

Once invited, you can manage each practice member from the Team section. Here, you can view their role within the practice, see how long they've been a member, and review which clients they have access to. You can also assign new clients, update roles, or revoke access if needed.
