Add or Manage Team Members
Mimo allows you to easily add multiple users to your account, with customisable roles and permissions to suit your business needs. To add team members, navigate to Settings, select Team Members, and click Add Member as shown in the image below.
User Roles and Access Permissions
When adding or editing roles and access, you can choose from four default roles—Contributor, Approver, Payer, and Admin—or customise roles by selecting permissions such as approving payments, making payments, managing approval workflows, and supplier details. Admins have full control and can always manage and edit users’ roles and permissions, as shown in the image below.
