User Roles and Access Permissions

Mimo allows you to easily add multiple users to your account, with customisable roles and permissions to suit your business needs. To add team members, navigate to Settings, select Team Members, and click Add Member as shown in the image below.

When adding a new member, you can assign them different roles. Admins have full access to the Mimo platform, while Contributors have more limited access. Contributors can create payment runs, oversee insights, and add suppliers, but they cannot invite new members or approve payments without approval.
